Mark Hill

Mark is a qualified PT and Nutrition Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. Throughout his career, he has helped clients of all ages and limitations reach their personal goals. All Mark’s classes are well-planned and focus on giving the client a well-balanced, functional and fun workout.

Andrea Baker

Andrea’s extensive experience in the health, wellness and fitness sphere spans more than 20 years. Combining a holistic and evidence-based approach, Andrea has an ability to cut through the confusion and provide you with simple tools to change old habits and improve your life satisfaction.

Chad Fletcher

Chad spent 13 years playing professional AFL for the West Coast Eagles and is now qualified with a Cert 3-4 in Fitness. Since unlacing his boots, Chad made the transition into personal training and is now dedicated to passing on all his fitness knowledge to the guests at our retreats.

RYT 200 / YIN 50

Erin is a passionate yoga instructor, teaching dynamic and flowing classes as well as deep, soulful Yin. She is also a life and performance coach whose purpose is to inspire other to live their best lives. With Erin, you’ll work through obstacles to overcome your fears and step into a life of infinite possibility.
