Our eight daily yoga and fitness classes allow you to customise your schedule to suit your mood. Each class is guided by one of our expert yoga teachers or PTs, meaning you’re in the best hands to reach your yoga and fitness goals.

Yoga Classes

Take your practice on the mat to the nevel level with daily group and private yoga and meditation classes. Whether you’re just starting out or a full fledge yogini, we have classes to suit your needs, including Vinyasa, Pranayama, Dynamic Hatha and Aerial yoga.

Fitness Classes

Push yourself further with an invigorating fitness escape including a full range of dynamic fitness classes. Focusing on everything from cardio and strength to balance and endurance, our fitness classes are hosted at three fitness facilities around the resort and guided by our experienced PTs for maximum effect. Private personal training sessions are also available.
