How do I arrange airport transfer?
Just email reservations.bali@komuneresorts.com with your arrival time and we can arrange airport transfer to the resort.
How long does it take from the airport?
In non peak hour it’s 40 minutes but allow at least a 75 minutes for travel time.
When do retreats start?
We recommend starting your retreat on a Sunday, but they can be started any day of the week as long as there is availability.
Can I check in early?
Please email us to check availability.
Do I need to book yoga / fitness classes in advance?
No need to book. Just show up!
How much is a private PT session?
Cost currently is 880,000rp per hour/session.
How do I book spa treatments?
You can book at the front desk on arrival or email retail.bali@komuneresorts.com
How much surfing experience do you need?
It depends on the size of the surf on the day. Up to 2-3 feet, the wave is fun and suitable for beginners. Above that, it can be harder unless you are an experienced surfer.
Do you have a laundry?
We do have a laundry where we do washing for you. Just place your clothes in a bag provided in your room.
What type of power adapter do you need?
We have universal adapter in all rooms.
Do you have hairdryers?
We provide hairdryers in all our rooms.
